If you are, however, unsatisfied; we offer sincere apologies and invite you to review our refund and returns policy.

Refund Eligibility

All products and services sold at First Wok Princeton Chinese Restaurant and on their website are perishable, therefore, items not returnable. We completely understand that some customers may have unsatisfactory experiences. We allow for most products, a 24 hour refund window. Even if our products are not returnable to resell, we advise customers to bring something back to assist you further. 

Exchanges

If your product falls short of expectations, or if we made the mistake, we will offer to exchange for a new product. Whether food was undercooked, overcooked, missing, or contains unwanted ingredients ; we understand your frustration and will quickly resolve the problem. Exchanges usually resolve most issues. 

In Store Credit

For issues where an exchange does not meet expectations, we can offer store credit. Must be within the 24 hour return window. Your store credit never expires.

Partial Refund

For an order with minor issues where an exchange or store credit is not applicable, we can process a partial refund. Must be within the 24 hour return window. Credit card refunds may take up to 3 business days to reflect on your statement.

Full Refund

If both exchanges and store credit are unsatisfactory, and the problem meets certain requirements, we will process a full refund to the payment method used. Please note, if you paid with a card, we would need the card number to process your refund. Full refunds will include all applicable taxes and fees. Credit card refunds may take up to 3 business days to reflect on your statement. If cash was used for payment, the refund will be in cash. 

Exempted Goods

Gift Cards are not refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

Cash refunds will be completed in person and received immediately. Credit card refunds may take up to 3-5 business days depending on your bank. If after 5 business days you still have not received a refund on your credit card statement, please contact us at our store phone number (609)-716-8323.
